Returns and Exchanges

Purchased items may be eligible for a full refund, minus shipping and handling costs, within 30 days of receipt of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in the same condition in which it was received and in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be eligible for a full refund. Certified100 must be notified of your intent to apply for a refund and must receive said item within 30 days of receipt of delivery. You will be responsible for any shipping costs. In all instances of a return, refund or exchange, the 30 days will be calculated based on the delivery date as marked by the shipping company.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item that is not in its original condition, that has been washed, or is damaged not due to error or neglect by Certified100, is not eligible for a full refund. A partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Certified100.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery date as marked by the shipping company are not eligible for a full refund.

No refund or exchange will be allowed for items delayed or lost by the shipping company due to weather or holiday conditions.

No refund or exchange will be allowed for customers providing the wrong address.

Items purchased outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for returns.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and inspected. At that time you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days with a credit issued to your credit card or original method of payment, less any shipping and handling costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you received notification of approval of your refund and do not see the credit to your account after the next two billing cycles, please contact us at: info@certified100.com.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are damaged upon receipt through no fault of Certified100. Exchanges will only be accepted for items of equal or lesser value, excluding shipping and handling costs. Certified100 must be notified of your intent to exchange within 30 days of receipt of item. Buyer will pay for shipping of returned and exchanged items.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund directly to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
